Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final once the product files have been accessed or downloaded.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Shopify Liquid sections
Shopify theme modules
Code snippets
Development resources
Documentation and setup files
Any other downloadable digital products

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked.

A major issue prevents the product from functioning as described and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.

The product is delivered electronically.
Access may be provided immediately after purchase.
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.
