Welcome to DJAR Modules. DJAR Modules is a product brand operated by DJAR Software, an independent web development business.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DJAR Modules products, including Shopify theme sections, modules, Liquid files, templates, code snippets, documentation, and related digital resources (collectively, the "Products").

By purchasing, downloading, or using any DJAR Modules Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Products.

1. About DJAR Modules

DJAR Modules provides production-ready Shopify development resources designed to help developers, designers, and merchants extend and customize Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes.

All DJAR Modules Products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Products may include:

  • Shopify Liquid sections
  • Theme modules and components
  • CSS and JavaScript assets
  • SVG icons and graphics
  • Documentation and setup instructions
  • Developer resources and examples

2. Digital Product Delivery

All DJAR Modules Products are digital downloads.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your purchased files. Download information may be provided immediately after successful payment and/or by email.

Because Products are delivered electronically, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility information, and requirements before completing your purchase.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a DJAR Modules Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own Shopify projects or client projects, subject to these Terms.

You may:

  • Install and customize Products for Shopify stores you own or manage.
  • Modify the code to fit your project requirements.
  • Use Products in client projects, unless otherwise stated on the applicable Product page.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share DJAR Modules Products as standalone downloadable products.
  • Upload Products to marketplaces, repositories, file-sharing platforms, or other public download locations.
  • Create competing products based substantially on DJAR Modules Products.
  • Claim ownership of DJAR Modules code, designs, or assets.
  • Provide Products as a free standalone download or bundled giveaway.

4. Client Projects

Developers and agencies may use DJAR Modules Products for client websites.

A valid purchase allows you to install and customize Products as part of a client's Shopify project. However, the original downloadable files, source packages, or Products may not be transferred separately to clients for redistribution or resale.

Clients receive the right to use the implemented module as part of the completed Shopify project. The original DJAR Modules Product remains subject to these Terms.

5. Updates

When updates, improvements, bug fixes, or compatibility changes are released for a Product, they may be provided to customers at DJAR Modules' discretion.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Shopify compatibility improvements
  • Performance improvements
  • Accessibility improvements
  • Documentation updates

DJAR Modules does not guarantee that every Product will receive lifetime updates unless explicitly stated on the applicable Product page.

6. Support

DJAR Modules provides support related to Product installation, documented functionality, and reasonable troubleshooting of the purchased Product.

Support does not include:

  • Custom Shopify development
  • Building entire storefronts
  • Debugging unrelated theme modifications
  • Fixing third-party apps or integrations
  • Custom feature development

Additional development services may be available separately through DJAR Software.

7. Refunds

DJAR Modules sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital Products may be accessed immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable after the Product has been delivered or downloaded.

However, refund requests may be considered in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy, including situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical problems preventing access to purchased files
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Significant technical issues that prevent a Product from functioning substantially as described and cannot reasonably be resolved

8. Product Compatibility

DJAR Modules Products are developed for Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes and modern Shopify development practices.

While we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee compatibility with:

  • Modified third-party themes
  • Custom theme frameworks
  • Unsupported Shopify configurations
  • Conflicting apps or custom code
  • Other modifications that materially affect the Product's documented functionality

You are responsible for ensuring that a Product is appropriate for your Shopify environment.

9. Intellectual Property

All DJAR Modules Products, including code structure, designs, documentation, branding, graphics, and related materials, remain the intellectual property of DJAR Modules and/or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a Product grants you the usage rights described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

10. Third-Party Services

DJAR Modules Products may interact with third-party platforms, including Shopify and Shopify-compatible applications.

DJAR Modules is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability
  • Changes made by third-party providers
  • Third-party application conflicts
  • External platform limitations

11. Disclaimer

DJAR Modules Products are provided as available and are designed to provide the functionality described on the applicable Product page.

While we strive to provide high-quality, production-ready resources, we cannot guarantee that every Product will meet every individual project requirement or work with every combination of themes, apps, customizations, or third-party services.

You are responsible for testing Products before deploying them on live stores.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DJAR Modules and DJAR Software are not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Store downtime
  • Data loss
  • Business interruptions
  • Issues caused by improper customization
  • Issues caused by third-party modifications, applications, or services

12. Changes to These Terms

DJAR Modules may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when published on this website. Continued use or purchase of DJAR Modules Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
